    Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Chapman:

    The Senior Employee Relations Specialist plays a crucial role supporting the Employee Relations and Equal Opportunity business units, with a focus on Employee Relations.     Responsibilities:

    • Provide intake services and general information on disciplinary processes.
    • Assist in conduct-conflict management.
    • Support departments with complaints, investigations, and performance management tasks.
    • Handle disciplinary processes, conduct exit interviews, and maintain documentation.
    • Keep records and prepare reports on investigations and incidents.
    • Assist in training workshops on HR-related topics.
    • Contribute to special projects and other HR functions as needed.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of four years of progressive experience in sensitive and confidential matters.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Expertise in HR management within a complex organizational setup.
    • Ability to provide guidance on employee relations and handle difficult situations effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
    • High level of confidentiality and discretion.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Human Resources.
