Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Chapman:

Responsibilities:

Provide intake services and general information on disciplinary processes.
Assist in conduct-conflict management.
Support departments with complaints, investigations, and performance management tasks.
Handle disciplinary processes, conduct exit interviews, and maintain documentation.
Keep records and prepare reports on investigations and incidents.
Assist in training workshops on HR-related topics.
Contribute to special projects and other HR functions as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
Minimum of four years of progressive experience in sensitive and confidential matters.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in HR management within a complex organizational setup.
Ability to provide guidance on employee relations and handle difficult situations effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
High level of confidentiality and discretion.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources.
