Job Summary:

• Manage and supervise construction crews onsite
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Collaborate with project managers to meet project goals
• Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety policies
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work meets standards
• Utilize construction management software for scheduling and reporting
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Crew Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Indepth knowledge of Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera, or similar software tools
• Strong understanding of budgeting, quality control, and project management principles
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• OSHA certification is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management is preferred
• Welding Certification
• Valid Driver's License
