Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Equipment Repair Technician to join our growing team.

As a Commercial Equipment Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Duties:

• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on various equipment including but not limited to dishwashers, ice machines, and ovens.
• Conduct field service visits to customers' businesses to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed for repairs or replacements
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and explaining repair processes
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, parts used, and services provided using company provided hand held device.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs

Experience:

• Previous experience as an Equipment Repair Technician or electrical repair is highly preferred
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues effectively
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
