Job Summary:
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Marketing and social media
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with staff customers or any salon issues ( supplies repairs and errands).
Skills:
- Previous experience in the salon or beauty industry is preferred
- Proficiency in shift management and POS systems Opening and Closing
- Scheduling appoints and opening and closing sales
- Inventory management
- Proacive
- Having a cosmetology license and behind the chair experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure and complete follow through
- Organized
- Light book work and payroll data entry
Job Types:
