Triton Towing is growing at a breakneck pace and needs to hire an Assistant Manager to continue to fuel our growth.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager and Operations Director with daily operations of the company.
- Assist in the management and oversight of the customer interaction process and work in tandem with well trained and high performing staff to ensure excellent customer service standards while following protocols
- Release impounded vehicles to vehicle owners to representatives
- Ensure the enforcement of departmental rules, regulations, and policies.
- Monitor and help maintain the Tow Lot facilities
- Provide data analysis and processing for records maintenance and reports generation.
- Perform payroll
- Perform auctions
- Assist in Managing complaints and credit card disputes
- Supervise and train staff members
- Handle high volumes of phone calls
- Bilingual skills (desired) to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base
- Produce reports using data and analysis from spreadsheets and computer programs.
- Manage cash handling, transaction records, and reports and monitor accounts payable and receivables
Qualities:
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Ability to deescalate tense situations
- Possess decisionmaking skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work to achieve objectives within deadlines.
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
