The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Latham has an immediate opening for a full-time front desk agent
We are looking for an experienced individual with an upbeat, energetic, and positive attitude Must be calm and composed, willing to go above and beyond for our guests, and act as an "ambassador" for the hotel with a smile always on your face.
As the front desk clerk, you will be responsible check in/out of guests, and customer service functions related to guest registration/departures and revenue collection, in a manner that will ensure our guests receive a secure place to stay with friendly, attentive service.
Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of prior guest service or related experience in the hotel industry is a must

- _Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability with reliable transportation._

Opera and IHG brand experience are highly preferred, but not required
