- P&L responsibility for the center
- Direct and coordinate the processing and distribution of all work originating in the wide format department
- Manage and supervise production team
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Develop specific goals to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
- Implement production tracking and better quality control systems.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
- Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of print-related equipment.
- Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control programs.
- Institute employee suggestion or involvement.
- 2-3 years experience in large-format digital printing
- 2+ years in a management role in the printing industry
- Project management
- Background in Sales will be helpful as this position has direct interaction with customers
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite, RIP software, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Technical knowledge in large-format digital printing, and color graphics, including direct-to-substrate, roll-feed and fabric printing and finishing, lamination, mounting, and digital routing
- Willing to extend hours of work when needed to meet customer demands and shop goals
- High School Diploma/GED required
