Coffee of Grace:
We are a specialty roaster based in NYC


Expectations:
*Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers throughout New York City and Southern CT

*Communicating effectively with all members of the roasting team and wholesale clients, to ensure accurate and timely delivery

*Determine the most efficient routes for delivery to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner
*Ensure accuracy of deliveries by verifying items against delivery invoices
*Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
*Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle

*React to change productively and remain flexible and efficient when changes arise


Requirements:

Must have a driver's license, a good driving record, and be able to work well with a small team. Ability to drive long distances in between NYC and CT. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to learn and be open to take on other responsibilities. Must be able to work independently, be self reliant, and take initiative. Experience in the coffee industry is a plus.
