Superintendent


BrewerEnterprises Inc. is part of the family of Brewer Companies - providingplumbing services to new construction, commercial and residential customers.
With over 300 employees, we provide service to customers large and small. Wehave locations in the Phoenix and Tucson areas.


The primary responsibility of the superintendent is to provide support to the field operations team in the executionof their duties.


Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of new construction projects, including scheduling, quality control, and safety
  • Coordinate with vendors and other project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the project
  • Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential delays
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to project timelines
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, providing clear direction and guidance as needed
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or conflicts that may impact project progress

Requirements:


  • 3+ years' experience as a Residential New Construction Plumber OR experience in leading residential new construction plumbing.
  • Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints and/or plumbing ISO's.
  • Have skills in ABS, copper and plastic water supply piping.
  • Possess strong soldering and other piping connection skills.
  • Understand building codes.
  • Able to work with truck stocking, packing slips and other types of inventory control.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people in different roles.
  • Extremely detailoriented.
  • Thorough understanding of legal requirements relating to construction and building sites.
  • Thorough understanding of quality building practices.
  • Ability to quickly identify problems and efficiently solve them.
