Title: Programmer Analyst PowerBI/GIS
Location: Richmond, VA, United States (At least 3 days/week onsite required)
Job Type: Contract
Job Duration: Approx months (High possibility of longer extension)
Client: Direct Client
Tax Term: W2 or C2C

**Note:
Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through the client's Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking.

Job Description:

Work with the data science team to build the visualization applications using ArcGIS and PowerBI platforms and build internal applications using the PowerApps/Powerautomate platform.
OSI purpose, goals, and portfolio statement.

Working smarter and proactively though the use of data analytics and automation
Building digital twins of the roadway infrastructure to bring the data, computing, visualization together
Modernize the applications

Core responsibilities:

Product broad understanding of the **** innovation framework
Use the innovative/latest tools and best practices to build applications using the Power Platform and ArcGIS
Follow all applicable industry and **** standards, processes and Protocols
Engage multiple customers and develop applications to meet their needs
Manage stakeholder communications and expectations

KSA:

Process mapping experience
Code Documentation
Writing Requirements/Product documents
Writing use-cases
Using architectural artifacts
Interpreting solution architectures
Excellent written and oral communication
Customer focused collaboration
bility to travel around the state as needed
Minimum of three days in the office to work with the rest of the team

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years programming experience in a high-level compiled language such as C#, C++, Java.
Minimum of 5 years' experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint and Dataverse. (Hard Requirement).
Minimum of 5 years' experience using GIS for creating dynamic mapping applications and processing real-time location data.
Minimum of 5 years' experience using RESTful APIS.
Other Software Knowledge: Visio, Visual Studio Code/Visual Studio Community Edition, SQL Server, Azure Data lake and Warehouse, Oracle, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experiences.
