Core responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years programming experience in a highlevel compiled language such as C#, C++, or Java.
Minimum of 5 years experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint and Dataverse. (Hard Requirement).
Minimum of 5 years experience using RESTful APIS.
Other Software Knowledge: Visio, Visual Studio Code/Visual Studio Community Edition, SQL Server, Azure Datalakes and Warehouse, Oracle, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experiences.
Experience with Process mapping experience.
Experience with Code Documentation.
Experience writing requirements/Scope documents.
Experience writing usecases.
Experience using architectural artifacts.
Experience with interpreting solution architectures.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Customer focused collaboration.
Ability to travel around the state as needed.
