Description
Responsibilities:
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Service existing clients with positive, friendly attitude and a solutions mindset.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up sell opportunity including financial products.
- Help policy holders understand their coverage, update their policy and stay on track with payments/billing.
- Find opportunities to deepen existing client relationships by suggesting life insurance or other cross line sales.
Must have or be willing to obtain
- Personal Lines Certification or Property/Casualty Certification
Nice to have
- Bilingual; Fluency in Spanish
- Desire to service AND sell new product lines to existing clients.
Pay:
$42, $65,000.00 per year
