Description

EventLink is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager, local to the Bay Area, with a focus on logistics and operations, to manage our local warehouse.

We are looking for a well-versed manager with previous client and consumer facing experience that is able to work independently.

This is a full-time position, 40+ hours per week, with excellent compensation, working within the event and spirits industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations of the warehouse (4,000sqft)
  • Handle shipping and receiving
  • Assist in coordinating logistics/shipments to event sites
  • Ensure inventory is monitored, maintained and stored properly
  • Maintain company D.O.T. records and compliance
  • Assist with prepping and assembling event assets for pickup/dropoff
  • Ability to travel in market for onsite events, as needed
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing standards and procedures

Education:


  • High school diploma or GED

Experience:


  • Previous warehouse or asset/inventory management required (3 to 5years)
  • Trailer/DOT experience is a plus
  • Previous alcoholic beverage experience preferred

Skills:


  • Must be able to lift 50+lbs
  • Ability to drive box trucks and small trailers (< 26ft) and obtain DOT physical compliance
  • General carpentry, mechanic, and handyman skills
  • Must have a car, valid license, and clean driving record
  • Professional demeanor and previous clientmanagement experience
  • Forklift certified/experience preferred

Schedule:


  • Must be flexible with work schedules
  • Will require some nights/weekends based on event schedules
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check as well as a driving test required under company policy.
