- Facilitate selection meetings with designers and homeowners
- Work closely with the designer and homeowner to understand needs and showcase a variety of products that will meet their expectations
- Create and update estimates
- Work closely with the Account Manager to address customer needs.
- Effectively create excitement and buy-in for the builder and their clients to continually close sales and create repeat business
- Prepare necessary selection documents, POs, and work orders
- Work directly with the field team to ensure installations meet work order expectations with regards to products and meeting timelines
- Update CRM platform with client and project details
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Outgoing, motivated, self-driven individual
- Previous design and sales experience preferred
- Must have strong computer skills and be comfortable working with software platforms such as Microsoft Suite
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess simple math skills to ensure product accuracy
- Must showcase strong client service skills

Job DescriptionAs a Design Studio Consultant, you will be responsible for working directly with our builder customers and their clients (homeowners) to facilitate and finalize selections for their flooring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications and Skills
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting, standing, walking the showroom floor, and working on a computer. Will travel to customer homes, as needed. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
