What You'll DoEpic Games is looking for a Business Operations Manager to help move Unreal Engine Ecosystem related business operations forward as part of our Strategy and Operations team.

The Business Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for identifying and solving complex problems through both quantitative and qualitative analyses to distill critical business needs, as well as creating and driving efficient processes.

The Business Operations Manager will work with multiple departments, including Business Development, Operations, Legal, and Finance to develop creative solutions to existing business challenges while anticipating and preventing future challengesIn this role, you willSupport evolving GTM strategies by ensuring proper business processes, controls, and reviews are in placeHelp explain business performance through data analysis, regular reporting, and preparation of presentation materialsDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization in order to identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and drive projects that bridge those gaps to completionHelp define, iterate on, and track progress against targets for various business effortsAct as a cross-functional liaison across various teams involved in the Unreal Engine business and provide organizational support to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with business goalsBring clear thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of other business challenges that may ariseWhat we're looking for3+ years of professional experience, preferably including time in both a consulting firm or investment bank, and an in-house operations roleExperience with and understanding of technologyProven record of high performance in a fluid, fast-paced, and demanding environmentStrong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to effectively spot issues and create clear plans for resolutionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSignificant, relatable industry experience in a project management roleEPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFEOur intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
