For our store in Emden, we are looking for a Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities
Supporting the store manager in managing the store
Ensuring a clean and orderly appearance of the store
Serving our customers
Providing competent customer advice and actively approaching customers by setting a good example
Motivating and leading our employees
Implementing sales-promoting measures
Cashier duties
Your profile
Interest in taking responsibility for the store, our customers, employees, and sales
Professional experience in retail, ideally with leadership or personnel responsibility
Affinity for motorcycles
Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in retail
