Responsibilities:


  • You will lead a team of 10 employees
  • The interesting and diverse range of tasks includes, among other things, the preparation of budget and financial plans with budget monitoring and preparation of the annual financial statements, as well as cash supervision and cash audits, participation and fee management, and asset management
  • The preparation and conduct of financial, real estate, economic development, and association committee meetings and budget consultations are also part of the responsibilities
  • Budget management is carried out according to the principles of cashbased accounting

Profile:


  • Qualification as a public administration specialist (BL II) or a completed Bachelor of Arts degree (e.g. Public Management, Finance) or a degree in Diplom-Verwaltungswirt/in (FH) with a focus on finance or equivalent qualification is required
  • Professional experience in the public sector and ideally indepth knowledge of municipal financial management are desirable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally also of the financial software OK.FIS is required
  • You bring teamwork skills, a high level of flexibility, resilience, and aboveaverage commitment, even outside regular working hours
