Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) Repair Service:

This is what you bring to the table:

You are responsible for the timely processing of repair orders from our customers and determining the needs of our service business for continuous material and capacity planning.
You ensure ontime delivery and make warranty decisions, negotiating independently with the customer, taking technical aspects into account.
In close contact with our international customers, you successfully handle orders until payment is received, meet the specified sales targets and delivery dates, and propose suitable measures to achieve these goals.
You are the first point of contact for our customers for commercial and technical inquiries.
