- Tests visual acuity, stereo vision, and color vision. Conducts visual field testing using both the Goldman Perimeter and Humphrey Visual Fields Analyzer
- Evaluates ocular anatomy, ocular motility and papillary responses. Assists physicians with exams and procedures as needed
- Performs autorefraction
- Performs ophthalmic photography both external and fundus photos
- Accurately records information in EMR according to established standards and physician's requirements
- Cares for and maintains ophthalmic instruments and equipment
- Provides instruction to patient/care giver within the limits of his/her knowledge as directed by the physician.

Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, required.Certifications: Certification as a COA, required within one year of hiring.Skills:
