Job summary
We seek a Hospice Residence LPN to join our expanding hospice team in our residence. This is an exciting opportunity for LPNs interested in providing end-of-life care at a new 10-bed hospice facility.
Responsibilities
- This position provides direct patient care, including ongoing assessment, pain management and symptom control in line with the plan of care established for the patient.
- The Licensed Practical Nurse notifies the Nursing Care Coordinator of any significant changes in the patient's condition or any changes that necessitate physician notification and documents all care provided, including clinical observations and interventions.
