What can you expect?

  • Consulting and operational support for individual enterprise clients such as , StepStone, or classifieds
  • Exciting projects and campaigns with millions of reach
  • Management of CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, landing pages)
  • Conducting A/B tests and conversion rate optimization
  • Analysis and monitoring of A/B tests & journeys in GA, spreadsheets, and Tableau
  • Traditional project management - you are responsible for planning individual measures and their implementation.

What should you bring?

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) and customer management in the field of digital communication - preferably on the agency side
  • You can empathize with your clients, are empathetic, and are good at listening carefully
  • You are familiar with project management tools such as Trello and Jira
  • You are solution-oriented, customer-focused, pragmatic, a team player, and have strong communication skills
  • You have experience in project and resource planning, coordination of all work steps, adherence to timings, creation of cost estimates, and project controlling
  • You bring initiative, results orientation, passion, reliability, and a structured and cooperative way of working - also in dealing and collaborating with
