    About the Job:

    Central Market is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their lively marketing team. If you're passionate about digital marketing and have experience in executing and analyzing campaigns on various online platforms, this role is for you.


    Responsibilities:

    • Execute digital marketing campaigns on different channels like paid media, email, social media, and influencer collaborations.
    • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to create strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Manage media budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics, offering insights for future strategies.
    • Stay informed about industry trends for innovative marketing practices.
    • Work with various teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
    • Utilize email and CRM platforms for audience segmentation and engagement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on media buying.
    • Proven success in achieving KPIs in campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
    • Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms is a plus.
    • Background in retail industry preferred.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for teamwork.
