ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The list that follows is not intended as a comprehensive list, but rather to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with HR team members and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing the onboarding process.
- Support HR projects, and provide training and education on HR onboarding processes, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required for an employee to successfully perform their duties.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; undergraduate degree (e.g. Associate's or Bachelor's) preferred.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining positive and effective working relationships with interdepartmental staff, and others contacted in the course of work
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment; able to adhere to strict deadlines
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Previous experience working on projects with goals and timelines, customer service providing complex services, or credentialing required.
- Reliable Transportation and ability to adhere to regular attendance.
