ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The list that follows is not intended as a comprehensive list, but rather to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities.

Incumbent(s) will be required to perform a variety of duties listed, including but not limited to:

Collaborate with HR team members and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing the onboarding process.
Support HR projects, and provide training and education on HR onboarding processes, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required for an employee to successfully perform their duties.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; undergraduate degree (e.g. Associate's or Bachelor's) preferred.
Skill in establishing and maintaining positive and effective working relationships with interdepartmental staff, and others contacted in the course of work
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment; able to adhere to strict deadlines
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
Previous experience working on projects with goals and timelines, customer service providing complex services, or credentialing required.
Reliable Transportation and ability to adhere to regular attendance.
