Description

Responsibilities

This position supports a suite of web-based applications that automate data management for IC data custodians. The products facilitate the capture of information and approvals that allow for the movement of data through the customer mission space in a compliant manner. These products are critical to standardize and simplify data movement as well as data reuse and integration with downstream tools. The role is performed out of the Peraton contractor facility and offers flexible hours and telework opportunities. Provide systems engineering support to a high-performance team and assist in combining/aligning Software, DevOps, and sustainment along with their product owners, products and deliverables. In this role you should have a working knowledge of NIFI, be comfortable working in a Linux environment, interaction with data ontologies (schemas), structured data types (XML, CSV, JSON), have database experience (MySQL/NoSQL) and analytic query experience with a platform. A working knowledge of smart data systems and entitlements is desired, as well as experience with JAVA and Splunk.

Qualifications

Our Systems Engineer must meet the below requirements:

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph clearance required.
Seventeen (17) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
Ability to work in a team environment; good communication and collaboration skills; self-starter.

Target Salary Range

$190,000 - $304,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.All
