- Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, forecasting, and insurance activities for the company.
- Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensures compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
- Appraises the organization's financial position and issues periodic reports on the organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth.
- Provides executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
- Establishes and maintains contacts with stockholders, financial institutions, and the investment community.
- Managing the sales order book/pipeline.
- Direct responsibility for Accounting departments.
- BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA, CMA, or CPA is highly preferred.
- 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- Computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and ERP systems.
- Ability to analyze financial information and make appropriate decisions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization both locally and remote locations.

Job Summary:
As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Finance Manager will report to the Business Unit Manager and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The Finance Manager will have day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.
