JOB SUMMARY

  • As the Fulfillment Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in executing the distribution process to our customers and store operators. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from precise order processing and efficient inventory management to ensuring timely delivery of product to both our physical locations and online customers. With meticulous attention to detail, you will navigate the intricacies of order fulfillment, communicating effectively with stores and customers. As a crucial part of our team, you'll actively engage in quality control processes. Your ability to adapt and excel in this role will ensure that shipments reach our stores and customers on time and at the highest level of quality and service.

PAY INFORMATION
- $ $24.04 per hour

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will excel in coordinating the fulfillment process and embody leadership qualities by demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Your responsibility to maintain a high standard of performance extends beyond the fulfillment process; you will cultivate a culture of excellence by promoting an organized and efficient workspace, adhering processes and procedures, and participating in various tasks to ensure seamless operations. Your eagerness to share expertise and shape the development of the department will contribute to the success of and the accomplishment of company objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately prints and records weekly bean orders from Shopify to order sheets, ensuring accuracy.
  • Inputs online orders into the appropriate systems
  • Communicates with team members and customers in a courteous, clear, and prompt manner regarding any adjustments, additions, or discrepancies in orders.
  • Picks, packs, ships, or delivers store and online orders, guaranteeing accuracy and timely execution.
  • Processes store orders efficiently, adhering to established timelines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Creates and generates shipping labels for store and online orders to facilitate smooth dispatch.
  • Operates company vehicles safely and lawfully, upholding driving regulations and company policies.
  • Always ensures the proper care of the company vehicle.
  • Prepares retail coffee for store and online orders.
  • Selects and employs appropriate shipping carriers and labels based on cost considerations.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and accessible workspace for efficient operations.
  • Safely operates a forklift truck as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Receives freight and stocks inventory as required, contributing to organized stock management.
  • Provides coverage during meal periods, absences, etc. for team members, irrespective of their roles, displaying a collaborative approach.
  • Actively participates in cupping sessions to uphold quality standards.
  • Communicates activities proficiently and documents all relevant actions accurately.
  • Ensures the completion of all necessary forms and reports in a timely manner.
  • Assists in conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Supports facilities cleaning tasks such as bathroom upkeep and trash removal.
  • Crosstrains in various departments as required, displaying adaptability and a willingness to contribute to different areas of the operation.
