WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US AT BROOKSIDE

  • You will be part of the pilot plant team responsible for commissioning and operating our pilot plant for lithium extraction (hydrometallurgical process).
  • You will lead a team that operates the pilot plant in shifts, assigning tasks to your team members.
  • You will organize your team's work to contribute to the goals of the pilot campaign (process commissioning, stable operation, data collection, process design validation, process improvement, etc.).
  • You are able to connect the work with the context and communicate goals and priorities to your team members.
  • After targeted training, you will understand the technical aspects of the process (chemistry, equipment, influence of process parameters) to operate the process according to specifications and become a problem-solving expert.
  • You work in accordance with health and safety standards, for yourself, your team, and the people working in the technical center in general.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have a degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • You have several years of experience in applied research and development, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of adsorption processes, ion exchange, and experience in the lithium industry.
