GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Wealth Specialist will be a member of a team that supports high net worth client relationships.
We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning to family legacy intentions.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with the Wealth Manager to support clients and prospects.Identify growth opportunities in existing client base.
Serve as a key liaison to other areas supporting the client needs and solutions.
Plan and manage new account on-boarding process.
In coordination with the Wealth Manager meet with clients to fulfill requests, gather documents and general follow up.
Maintain a comprehensive list of financial planning and investment action items.
Consistently and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely execution of all open items.
Develop strong product knowledge and client relationship management skills.
Prepare preliminary client correspondence and professional client presentation materials.
Work with the Wealth Manager to monitor client accounts for excess cash, reallocation ideas and out of tolerance IPS.Manage Alternative Investment on-boarding process for clients.
EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALSThe successful candidate should possess a minimum of 2- 5 years' experience in the Financial Services marketplace.Bachelor's DegreeCertified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred.
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment and provide leadership.
Thrives in a high energy team-based environment.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteMaintain absolute confidentiality of client information.
COMPETENCIESExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working on interdepartmental teams.
