Duties:


  • You will communicate and coordinate with internal and external Intelligence Community organizations at all levels to develop releasable responses or to issue denials,, as appropriate, in response to foreign disclosure requests.
  • You will draft exceptions to national disclosure policy to support the creation or expansion of foreign intelligence relationships with key intelligence partners in the maritime domain.
  • You will advise senior leadership, intelligence analysts, and International Programs and Engagement Officers on foreign disclosure policy in support of the organizations' s international engagement strategy.
  • You will provide foreign disclosure policy guidance and support to all organization elements.

  • You must acknowledge in writing that you are accepting an appointment in the DCIPS (excepted service) which does not confer competitive status, prior to appointment.

  • This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
  • This position may require a 2year DCIPS trial period requirement.
  • May be required to be oncall after normal duty hours.
  • May be required to travel to attend training/conferences.

Qualifications:


  • Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing training to personnel on international exchange agreements, foreign disclosure policy, document sanitation, and writing for
- maximum utility; 2) Drafting exceptions to national disclosure policy to support the creation or expansion of foreign intelligence relationships with key intelligence partners in the maritime domain;

  • 3) Advising senior Leadership, intelligence analysts, and International Programs and Engagement Officers on foreign disclosure policy in support of the international engagement strategy
