Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd level application support specialist for our German-speaking IT support team.

If you have a strong affinity for customer service and are willing to work with complex software solutions, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

You do not need to be a computer specialist to excel in this role - we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.

With various development opportunities, including consulting, conceptualization, team or project management, you have the chance to shape our product suite.

What could your workday look like?

You will have direct contact with customers, handle support requests, and provide advice when needed.

You will analyze reported errors and work on finding solutions, even remotely on customer systems.

You will act as the liaison between our customers and the development team.

You will conduct software tests on our systems.
