Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Customeroriented support of the service team for customer inquiries
- Planning of field service assignments together with the deployment manager for our technicians
- Ordering the necessary materials for the technician assignments
- Invoicing of technician assignments, travel expenses, and recording of working hours
- Creating invoices for assignments and services of our technicians
- Applying for visas, A1 certificates, special permits, etc.
- Booking hotels and flights for our employees
- Supervising apprentices in the customer service department
Your Profile:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in service is an advantage
- Good MS Office and general IT skills are required
- You have good knowledge of English
- An analytical and structured way of working as well as communication, team and organizational skills complete your profile
