Your Responsibilities:


  • Customeroriented support of the service team for customer inquiries
  • Planning of field service assignments together with the deployment manager for our technicians
  • Ordering the necessary materials for the technician assignments
  • Invoicing of technician assignments, travel expenses, and recording of working hours
  • Creating invoices for assignments and services of our technicians
  • Applying for visas, A1 certificates, special permits, etc.
  • Booking hotels and flights for our employees
  • Supervising apprentices in the customer service department

Your Profile:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in service is an advantage
  • Good MS Office and general IT skills are required
  • You have good knowledge of English
  • An analytical and structured way of working as well as communication, team and organizational skills complete your profile
