Job Summary:
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Charismatic individual with strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proactive approach identifying potential impediments and finding creative solutions to potential hurdles, ensuring the sale closed within target timelines.
- Develop and implement a strategy for penetration of accounts, finding requests for quotes, and capturing new business.
- Able to network with and identify decision makers at target accounts, discover viable opportunities, solicit a request for quotation, determine targeted pricing/milestones, and assist in facilitating eventual production launch.
- Work with marketing to develop content and contact lists for target accounts in critical markets.
- Comfortable answering client questions regarding product lines/capabilities, competitor differentiation, and value proposition on the fly.
- Coordinate, attend, and document customer meetings with full meeting agenda, and action items.
- Followup meetings with customers and internally to ensure critical milestones are met.
- Building relationships to develop referrals within target accounts.
- This position does require traveling to clients, approximately 25%30% of travel is required.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably a technical or engineering degree.
- 10+ years of targeted outbound sales experience
Required Skills:
- Computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Office, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Sales experience in targeted industries including Aerospace/Defense, Electrical Transmission & Distribution, and/or Semiconductor equipment preferred but not required.
- Experience in hermetic epoxy components, glasstometal seals (GTM), hermetic packages (HTCC), microelectronics, and electrical interconnects preferred but not required.

Pay:
$85, $110,000.00 per year
