This is the key to achieving our common goal of delighting our customers. B&K is a brand division and a key pillar of the WELLERGRUPPE. We are currently seeking a SERVICE ASSISTANT / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN SERVICE (M/F/D) for our B&K location in Herford.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and represent our dealership with your friendly demeanor.

You will provide professional support to new and existing customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships. You will be available to assist customers both over the phone and in person. Your daily tasks will include processing customer orders and organizing appointments. You will also support our service team with administrative and clerical tasks, such as invoicing and maintaining customer data.
