Position Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards according to industry standards and company guidelines.
• Inspect and assess gutter systems to identify any issues or areas in need of repair or replacement.
• Measure, cut, and shape gutters to fit specific dimensions and ensure proper water flow.
• Safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and ladders, to complete installation projects.
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to coordinate workflow and ensure timely project completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address questions and concerns and provide recommendations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked for billing and reporting purposes.
• Train apprentices and less experienced technicians who would be shadowing the crews on the jobs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Gutter Installer or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the industry.
• Extensive knowledge of gutter systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure precise measurements and installations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
