We are currently seeking a nursing professional to join our team as a Personal Disponent (m/f/d) for the nursing flexteam.

With the development and establishment of a nursing flexteam, our absence management will be centrally controlled and our resources will be optimally utilized.

Through a transparent organizational structure with clear decision-making authority, we have created a new structure that has been built over several years of project work.


Your responsibilities:

Daily processing of request and planning processes for senior facilities Disposition of flexteam employees into the ongoing schedules of the respective facilities and review, approval, and processing of worked hours in the scheduling program Conducting basic training for all flexteam employees Evaluation and supervision of the training processes for flexteam employees in the living areas Development and support of flexteam employees, as well as identification of training needs and initiation of corresponding measures We offer you: Working in a hospital is diverse, exciting, and challenging.
