Description

Monroe is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, management, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure, including LAN and WLAN.

You will also play a key role in continuously improving and optimizing our network landscape. Additionally, you will support the development of complex concepts for service quality, network security, and availability.

This position will also involve working on projects with a network focus, creating and updating documentation, and participating in on-call duties.

To be successful in this role, you should have a completed IT apprenticeship and at least 3 years of professional experience.

You should also have a strong understanding of Cisco's complex network infrastructure and possess in-depth knowledge of routing, switching, and WLAN, with practical experience in these areas.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Pearl, PHP, or databases is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, flexible, and able to work well in a team. You should also have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle a high workload.
