Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Provide assistance to customers and employees
- Write detailed incident reports
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Investigate suspicious behavior or incidents
Experience:
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license
- Experience in loss prevention or security is a plus
- Knowledge of animal care is beneficial
- Military experience or militarized training is advantageous
- Proficient in report writing
- Skilled in conflict management
- Understanding of law enforcement procedures and protocols
- Possession of relevant certificates in security or law enforcement
