Your responsibilities.

As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING in East Barre, you represent your field with passion and foresight. In your role as a trainer, the goal of developing the participants' competencies is at the forefront. In your teaching, you see yourself as both a provider of input and a support in the role of a learning companion in Learning 4.0.

This includes:

  • Subject-specific teaching from your home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D
  • Application of various teaching methods for lesson planning
  • Preparation and design of teaching-related learning materials according to the curriculum
  • Conducting competency assessments
  • Excellent knowledge of your teaching language German (C2 language level)

Your strengths.

You share the enthusiasm for supporting people in expanding their professional competencies and integrating into the job market.

Your profile is characterized by:

  • Studies (in the field of economics, engineering or similar) or commercial vocational training with additional qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Common certification in project management (GPM basic level, IPMA level D, DEKRA, TÜV, etc.)
  • Knowledge of MS Project desirable or willingness
