- Type: Contract, 12 months+
- Hours per week: 40 hours
- Location: Lake Forest, IL - 100% onsite
- Lead instructional content analysis to understand business needs and user requirements.
- Develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content aligned with organizational strategy and brand.
- Manage project timelines and facilitate stakeholder meetings for successful content delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and LMS administration (ISOtrain).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration.
