OVERVIEW
Client recently purchased a new VMS (Aravo) and went live April 2024.

Aravo provided highly technical demos/material and Client has then created documentation/guides/videos from this material but it's raw and needs to be spruced/cleaned up.

There are both external and internal users of their new VMS. They would like Aptara to take their created content and videos and make them professional.

The videos were produced using Teams and the QRG's (Quick Reference Guides) were created by Client team members who are not ID's.

There are currently 45 QRG's with additional ones to be created.

They would like Aptara to take their material and create Interactive QRG's since many responses can lead you into different options depending on what the user (internal/external) is trying to accomplish.

Their material is currently housed using MP4 files and their LMS is Workday.

They expect the work to start May/June and it's ok if it is completed in staggered deployments since this could be a multi-year rollout.

Once material is complete it will be translated into multiple languages.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of a VMS system (Aravo if possible)
Sr Instructional System Designer who can see the big picture from raw VMS material
Has experience creating Interactive Reference Guides
Ability to look at material and visualize how it can be improved to look professional and easy to understand
Ability to understand technical information to incorporate into material easily
Ability to create professional videos and/or WBT's from their current Team videos
Ability to take initiative and not wait for client direction
ID will receive files of current material and expected to create professional cleaned up files that Client can maintain as needed
