    Description

    Growing Urgent Care is looking for Family/Internal Medicine/ER/Occupational Medicine Physicians to join the team. We offer urgent care and occupational medical services in El Cajon, San Diego, with Occupation Medicine training provided.

    • Competitive salary based on experience - Pay: $130.00 per hour

    Your Role in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine within the Company:

    • 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
    • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose/treat complex illnesses
    • Provide therapeutic interventions like splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures
    • Apply critical thinking skills and adhere to evidence-based practices
    • Thoroughly document patient encounters with precision
    • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies
    • Follow standardized Occupational medical procedures

    Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine:

    • Proficient in basic therapeutic procedures and orthopedic injury management
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
    • Familiarity with medical policies, regulations, and procedures
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Effective in handling emergency situations
    • Organized with keen attention to detail
