- Seek, cultivate, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community and establish working rapport with health care professionals.
- Call on and meet with discharge planners, social workers, healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and hospitals in order to build a network of referral businesses.
- Develop strategies designed to expand the agency's outreach program within our target market, bring growth and meet deadlines.
- Visit with potential clients, discharge planners and other health care providers regarding services, contracts, and communication with our program, provide follow-ups.

**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness. As a marketer, you will be responsible for building relationships with referral sources, increasing census and revenue, providing education in the community about services.
