Email: Position: INTAKE REPRESENTATIVE Compensation: $ $17.00/hourHours: Full-time position. 32+ hours per week. Must be available to work during regular business hours Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required. Job Requirements:

All candidates are required to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
A Minimum of 2 - 3 years customer service experience; and Excellent customer service skills
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to pick-up systems and routines quickly; and make timely/accurate decisions in high stakes situations
Ability to be open and implement constructive feedback
Positive /Welcoming Attitude

Optional Skills: Bilingual candidate who speaks efficient Spanish and English (Is a Plus) Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer Incoming Calls / Return Calls
Screen Potential Clients
Record Details/ Take Case Notes
Work between Several Technology Systems
Pre-Determine if Personal Injury Matters fit the Pre-qualifiers
Initiate Case Set-up
Follow -up with Clients
Schedule Consultations
Sit-in on Legal Meetings
Request Additional Information / Needed Documents
Communicate with External Partners
