New Shift Manager Bakery/m/f/d Berlin, Germany Employee Other Professions DeWiBack is a medium-sized production company for frozen baked goods with headquarters in Berlin and additional branches in Rostock & Hamburg.

We are a young and dynamic company with flat hierarchies and currently around 350 employees. Due to our strong growth, we are looking for a new team member as soon as possible.

Responsibilities Creating shift schedules, production plans, and (vacation schedules) Providing feedback and conducting feedback discussions within the team Training up to 60 employees per shift in their tasks Motivating and training employees Compliance with legal requirements Monitoring and adjusting machines in the entire production area Production and monitoring of various doughs and masses according to specified recipes Compliance with and control of internal guidelines and the HACCP concept Compliance with and support of the Food Standard IFS Control and compliance with specified key figures Qualifications Completed vocational training as a baker or a comparable vocational training, e.g.

as a pastry chef or cook Alternatively, a master's degree, e.g. in butchery, baking, cooking, pastry, food technology, or a completed degree in the food industry First professional experience in industrial food production is advantageous Proficient in German, both written and spoken Knowledge of English is advantageous Independent, orderly, and conscientious work ethic Teamwork, leading by example, and high motivation Interest in artisanal production with an industrial character Benefits A medium-sized company with long-term business planning in a sustainable industry We work in a
