We have a great opportunity available for a Quality Control Inspector in our Manufacturing facility.Job Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections in accordance with department procedure.
- Perform dimensional inspections in accordance with part print.
- Accurately record inspection results.
- Quarantine any substandard or nonconforming parts.
- Screen defective parts including dimensional and visual defects.
- Exercise judgement to react to quality control issues.
Job Requirements:
- Must have an aptitude for simple measurement tools and some basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Manual dexterity with some hand to eye coordination required for using microscopes, micrometers, and screening racks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work as a member of a team.
- Must have excellent eyesight, including color differentiation ability.
- Must be neat, organized, effective and efficient.
- Strong attention to detail.
- QC Inspector experience a plus as well as ISO9000 policy background.
- High School Diploma.
