This position is for 2 hours x 2 days/week assisting patient with ADLs.

Assist patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.

Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of hospice care, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patientcentered approach to caregiving.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for patients' privacy.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs.
