SUMMARY
Responsible for the automation of the HR department focusing on the admin functions of the HR/Payroll systems.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and manage full functions of the UKG HR/Payroll system.

Streamline processes through automation to help simplify tasks and eliminate unnecessary steps.

Train and coach all levels of management on UKG system processes and reporting functionalities.

Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.

Maintain confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping all associate information confidential.


QUALIFICATIONS
Research and analytical skills to gather and interpret data

Computer skills to learn and understand full functions of the HR/Payroll system

Interpersonal and collaborative skills to work closely with member of management.

Problem solving skills to find solutions to challenges

Written and verbal communication skills
