- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support cash flow management, including vendor relations and accounts payable.
- Help prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the annual audit process.
- Contribute to the management of internal controls for financial transactions.
- Maintain schedules for tax filings and audits.
- Monitor budget variances and provide explanations for deviations.
- Support project teams in cost control and financial analysis.
- Participate in improving workflows and systems.
- Ensure all financial processes comply with relevant laws and regulations in the hydropower industry.
- Drive professional growth and development by setting and achieving clear objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
- Promote and embody the company's core values, fostering a culture of alignment and commitment among team members.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your manager.
- 4 – 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hydropower or renewable energy sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
