Compensation: Parity Welcome to Windy Hills We are a non-profit organization that operates public daycares and we are currently seeking a part-time hours) HR Administrator (m/f/d) or similar qualification for our administrative location in Hannover-Zoo.

Currently, we provide care for over 1000 children in public daycares in Hannover, with additional locations currently being established.


Responsibilities / Main Tasks:
Preparation of payroll accounting and timely submission of all salary-related data to external payroll service provider Creation of employment contracts and job descriptions Recording of employee master data and maintenance of personnel files Conducting reporting and certification processes Managing and maintaining employee lists Implementation of labor law measures Communication with employees and external partners
