Your Responsibilities

As the responsible person for the conception and further development of the Public Fundraising department, your tasks will include:

Working together with team members in the Foundations and Philanthropy department to achieve the overall fundraising goals.
Implementing all Public Fundraising measures, reliably and independently coordinating with partners.
Acquiring donations and maintaining donor relationships through direct mail, as well as developing the online and legacy fundraising areas.
Regularly informing the management about the results of individual measures and the strategic development of your entire area of responsibility.

Your Profile

Ideally, you have a specialized education in Marketing/Fundraising.
You have experience in Public Fundraising and are familiar with various fundraising methods.
You are a strong communicator and able to work independently.
You have a strategic mindset and are able to think creatively.
You are fluent in English and German.
